"Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin, yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these." Luke 12:27
Hi, I'm Annie. I'm not particularly religious, but this verse has always struck me. If there is a greater power in the world, as I expect and hope there is, what a love note they've sent us in wild flowers.
I've loved flowers as long as I can remember.
They're small, but mighty. Like you. Like me.
Each bloom, and in fact each petal, offers a tiny miracle among an often-too-dificult world.
Flowers give me hope of happiness. In the darkest of times, and especially in the best, flowers make me feel beautiful, loved.
I think that's something everyone deserves. So, somehow, someway, I'm going to share that feeling with you. I don't know what that entails yet, but I'm going to learn.
Welcome to Ida Blooms. Let's chat.
